I love the OMCA. The mission of the Oakland Museum of California is to inspire all Californians to create a more vibrant future for themselves and their communities. I take my daughter there all the time and there is always something new and inspiring to learn about. Downstairs is beautifully displayed gallery of natural sciences, including just about every animal native to California. The cafeteria has great food and a wait staff that serves you.<\/p>\n

Friday nights are a great time to visit because the Off the Grid food trucks are there plus Live Music, DJs and dance lessons.<\/p>\n
